Being Acting officials of the government it is then quite clear that the government is liable for losses which will be incurred by shareholders.
They were office holders and were acting on behalf of the government.
OK...they acted improperly but as office holders of government we were led to believe that all was kosha.
Sure they should go Obeid and Macdonald but leave us out of it....or at least compensate us.
