I nearly thought that decision would take longer than OBL manages to keep afloat. A shame it took so much dilution in the meantime.
Another note to myself: be cautious whenever there is politicians or legal matters involved. It never goes as quick as one would think ...
Monday is the deciding day. Could be the Christmas present we have been waiting for since last Christmas. Best of luck to OBL and its patient shareholders (I am saying that slightly biased as I have an economic interest in a positive outcome).
