Surely this (probably) just refers to the finalization of sale. EGM passed the sale. The sale was scheduled for the end of Feb or prior by agreement.
Selling the major working asset of the company certainly affects the operations of the company! And warrants a TH IMHO
All the other decisions - asset purchases , buy backs, capital returns, etc are contingent on the finalization of the sale. You can't announce them (as certain) until the sale is put to rest.
