It clearly states on page 2 that it is an operational update. I assume that given we have a number of wells either entering or on the cusp of production , it will hopefully be cracking flow rates. Of particular interest will be whether they have been able to repeat the success of Cozart 19 on their Northern Star acreage. Should these results stack up , we may well be selling this asset too cheaply given the bulk of the $300m sale price would be for the proven production and reserves ( 14 MMBOE 1P )from Southern Star. Northern Star is 3 times bigger but with no current 1P reserves booked so if they have cracked the code of NS it could be a game changer in my view.
