I don't really care who the placement shares go to, I just hope 1) that they are long term holders 2) that there is enough money raised that LMB will not need to go back to shareholders for funds again.
If the capex is around 25M as suggested and production is due to start before the year is out, I am thinking that this is likely to be the last time the hand goes out.
Given what has been announced so far, I would think raising money at the suggested 28c will be a walk in the park and if done right will see LMB hold 30c from here and then keep moving up as everything progresses.
If you get offered stock --- take it.
