My apologies PAOtrader; you are correct - I was viewing the wrong Q report.
If I look at the Q report as at end December for $445 in the bank, and a $400k outflow forecast, then we have $45k in the bank at end March......6 weeks from now.
It still looks like the same predicament to me; they will have to draw on their convertible loan facility.
I agree it could also be an update on U1 activities, and possibly relating to the request by the Utah DEQ for more information on the transfer of control of the radioactive materials license and groundwater discharge permit from Uranium One to BLR, although I can't see why that might need a trading halt.
I expect this is about funding - just an opinion though.
