IMO the timing of the CR makes sense when you think about it. Don't get me wrong, I was not over the moon about it when it came out, just like the rest of you. But it does make sense to do it well before spud so that that those participating can enjoy a rise before and during drilling. Its important to reward those that put their money in and take on the risk.
