Some great comments here on both side of the fence.

I strongly believe in a level playing field when it comes to capital raising, but am willing to cut a management team I trust some slack.

It must be noted that any retail investor wanting to add their position could have done so at less than $4.10 on any day in Vocus's history except the last 6 trading days.

Prior to the capital raising there were only 4 trading days when shares weren't available for $4.10 or lower.

I very recently trimmed by Vocus position above $4.10. I think management were wise to also be selling shares at this level.

Insto's are not 'good' shareholders! Just look at perpetuals recent trading for a classic example. Most insto's have holding times of less than a year. Not that retail investors are any better.
