My tuppence worth is that it is to do with Eva, either a go alone with a mix of debt and share placement or fully funded by an Asian consortium which will have % ownership (large judging by the last deal!)on conversion of all or some of the debt.
But as with most dealings that AOH have entered into, it is a guess!
