Dinkadink I hope you are correct but I am a little confused , wouldn't Magna be aware of this scenario when the board approach Sprott .

Plus are you sure that Sprott would have first option to buy the company or just take out the debt in exchange for being a majority shareholder , as they would have to have either control or greater share ownership than Magna .

If such a scenario was to occur they would have to throw out the current board, chairman and CEO .

Time will tell , I just hope that such incompetent people do not get another chance to destroy another company.
