REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
MZI Resources Limited (MZI or the Company)
hereby requests that an immediate trading halt
be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to its ordinary shares pending an
announcement in relation to the completion of the Keysbrook Project financing .
The Company requests that the securities remain in
trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trading on Friday 11 April
2014
