No one likes to see a cap raise but if they can do it close to recent prices and quickly via an insto placement it could be OK.
Especially if it is put to good use building a portfolio for future growth and if the investor could be an overseas player looking to get in.
Either way Gilly didnt seem to phased buying up last week!
