I suspect they'll come out of pre-open with the Notice of Meeting for shareholder approval of the transaction.

No doubt all the juicy details will be disclosed so we'll know how much they will crunch the stock and what the value of the company will be post cap raise and consolidation.

Hopefully its favourable to current shareholders and the price has a little run to the 'correct' share price valuation.
