Aye, you're all correct. Once again we have a vague, contradictory Lynas clause. For if they had five two day trading halts in a year, then there would be ten days during which the shares couldn't be traded, and not remaining continuously quoted - Mt Kellett would claim default - but the company would claim it was not in default because it had never been suspended!
Hopefully it will never have to be determined.
