Very smart long term move in my opinion. Now the company can't lose, with the interest aroudn the drill results they will be well subscribed and able to easily reach their CR target. If the wells turn out to be dusters, then the comapny still has a bigger bank balance then when they started, if they strike oil, who cares we all win!! FAR management has set up a nice win win for themselves and long term FAR holders.
