Well in order to avoid all this forum scuttlebutt and hysterics management could have simply added a couple of extra sentences to the trading halt explaining what the proceeds will be used for.

Given a strong cash position and no hint at any point over the preceding weeks that an equity raising might be on the cards and given that we just had an AGM yesterday with no mention of a raising then I think management could have gone that extra step and added the words "working-capital" or "acquisition of additional license areas" or whatever the case may be.
