Kosmos Energy's activities in Ghana make interesting reading.
They get off on using their geol/exploration skills in overlooked areas (FAR look-alike?)
They are now a producer from their deep-water Jubilee Field offshore Ghana. Is it a good fit? Production isn't as much fun as exploration but gives cashflow. Might they be willing to offload the producing asset in order to get a foothold in Kenya? Not that I'm very keen on the idea of FAR having to manage operations on the ground in Ghana, altho the cashflow would be nice!
