Once again, it seems that that Buddy poster was right in saying what he did.
That is what ""a ratification of issued shares"" is put up as a resolution for. Once approved and ratified, the shares printing press can then be put back in motion once again.
But, although it clearly appears in that way, it is better to wait and see what we will be told before passing judgment.
I hope that both you and I are wrong.!!
