heatherbelle I actually thought it might go up as well. was looking at trading this today but only 34c high /low. Could come back in the arvo. Maybe market was wanting a special divy and maybe not into the buyback depending on shareholder approval. Shell was eventually going to draw curtains on WPL and the market knew it. I see WPL have the buyback going onto the debt column which will move gearing to 25%. maybe market doesn't like that either?? probs a good buying opp I agree
