Sold this one yonks ago at multiples of the current share price.

Can't see the logic of selling out at the bottom like this, unless, when you dig down deep, the project doesn't really have legs, or they can't see funding coming their way to take it to development.

If they had decided to exit the project, not sure why they didn't push for a full takeover of the company at a premium, given they don't really have any other string to their bow.

Maybe they'll do a Blackfire and turn the shell into a tech or biotech??
