CHZ has been on my watchlist for years, but I never bought any shares in it because of concerns about dilution.

A takeover or asset sale is always there in the background for juniors with real assets, such as CHZ. However if they sell now near the bottom of the cycle shareholders will get little of the upside unless payment for the asset is in shares, which it may not be in this case.

The asset could be a good fit for AQG.
