Keep rememebring the letter from PXS for trading halt says this:
the trading halt is requested following receipt by the Company of communication from its financier, NovaQuest Pharma Opportunities Fund III, LP (Financier) which will require consideration by the board, advice and/or further discussions with the Financier;
