I think you will find a lot at 70c also - the dead cat bounce price. Huge buyups at that price after FDA decision expecting that FDA would negotiate and not all lost. Unfortunately all was lost right at that tiem and when it became clear FDA would have nothing more until a new trial was completed, that's when the spiral to current price happened.
