yes horrid performance, but it is only the first quarter of an eight year contract, royalties only commenced from EU sales in the past April quarter - that strikes me as odd and inconsistent with their mission. I don't see how not giving the next $20 million will help Novaquest recover its investment to date? it would weaken PXS's ability to push sales in EU wouldn't it?
Novaquest actually do buy biotech companies, and no one would have done more diligence on PXS than them.
