    I believe the directors of Sherwin should have disclosed to holders Ren's approach to buy out the remaining shares not held by him.

    If there are any other SHD shareholders on this site who believe the same and would be prepared to consider a class action against the directors in office at that time please respond.

    If any holder reading this is a solicitor your comments would be welcomed.
