    According to their website, the FlexiNET TITO system is "compatible with 99.9% of all Gaming Machines" so like CardIT it appears to be machine agnostic (backward compatible). It could be that they are simply buying out a competing TITO system provider in NSW and adding to the number of machines they already have under management. So just speeding up the organic growth opportunity for CardIT. Then cross sell as you say..
