    Looks like a very astute, and exceptionally cheap (3x EBITDA - though the announcement has failed to include a description for Note 3 which sets out the basis for the multiple)

    21% EPS accretive BEFORE integration costs, whilst locking in another decent chunk of recurring revenues

    Placement heavily over subsribed

    Just need confirmation that this is actually going to complete
