This is not a new capital raising but an announcement regarding the placement of the shortfall from the recent share purchase plan ($1.8m worth). This will likely go to soph investors and maybe a major supporter.
This is good news as it will complete the capital raising and shore up LRS's balance sheet giving plenty of cash for the near future. Let's hope that they have placed the whole shortfall.
