So it may come out beforehand, usually it happens because they haven't put ink to paper yet, still agreeing on exact terms and the news has obviously been leaked (i.e. market action yesterday) thus the company is limiting its exposure to ASIC investment (as if they need to, but hey, occasionally happens)
