Given the annaouncement by OGX, and the phrasing of the announcement along the lines of a operationally based transation, my guess is probably just that the current processing agreement with OGX is being extended/increased. If I am correct, this should be a positive as it will help with cash flow and therefore should help to prop up the share price, which has been falling lately on thin volume.
