I'm uncertain whether this has been brought up already, but my assessment leads me to think its RSL and not OEL that NDO is in talks with. There was some speculation that RSL was looking at energy assets for its diversification strategy. The stock rights offer was perhaps the precursor for this. Let me know your thoughts. I am investor in the Philippine partners of Galoc and WLA and I'd love to hear more discussions from the Australian front.
