I agree views. Some cash strapped small oiler with an undeveloped field. Not sure bout Cebu though given strategy of geographic diversification. A higher volume of low cost on shore drilling might interest the market. Might not give the immediate share price premium of other scenarios but has perhaps a better long term outlook.
