Farm-in partners? Could this be the reason why Acorn selling out? May be initially Acorn invested in this project hoping PEX will bring into production not selling out. To get to 50c sp, PEX needs to sell to farm-in partners for $50m+, than Acorn will break even (absolutely no profit for them).... may be they are a bit upset.
If your avg is low like myself, than news on farm-in partner will be a good news.
Just IMHO.
