Doesn't worry me at all. I usually buy about 10-20% of total shares I WANT to purchase than wait for opportunities like this (top up to 40% of total share I want to purchase)... than wait.
Buying/subscription
They were stupid. They subscribed a lot at 50c (100% of shares they want). If I'm them I would just do 20%, 20% etc so slowly subscribe shares into PEX. This give opportunities to assess various situations (eg further drill results), sell or buy more.
Selling
They are stupid. Themselves for share price to drop, so the remaining their holding (eg 2m shares) can only get for 8c. I'll wait for 5c for their shares, they been stupid. Essentially they destroy themselves. I sold down large holding of other stock very slowly and waited for good news (large volume buyers). I got very good prices.
