Deborah Knight, Financial Review Sunday: And Street Talk editor Sarah Thompson joins us now. Sarah, big changes are coming for one of the countries largest online retailers?
Sarah Thompson, Street Talk Editor: Yes Deb, Grays online is set to float but it is not as straight forward as that. They will roll the business in with two others. Deals Direct and Topbuy. It is expected to create a business worth about 200 million with sales of at least 500 million.
Knight: So who owns Grays Online at the moment?
Thompson: Fund manager Caledonia owns a big share they’re the ones that recently made a killing in the US with online real estate database Zillow with James Packer.
Caledonia bought a 25 percent stake in Greys about 2 years ago.
Knight: big change coming in that market, Sarah thankyou.
