An interesting stock with a mere fraction of its shares actually free float - I think 7% before this placement. I guess its a nice way of getting a listing on an "easy" exchange with the least effort. Very nice for the people who hold those hundreds of millions of founder stock at almost zero cost!!

Would imagine a migration to a USA listing must be a serious consideration - after all Alibaba who owns this space will list there later this year and the appetite for anything vaguely IT/ E or now M commerce is massive.
