Are you guys serious. With the stock trading well and the expectation of further Zinc price rises , this is exactly the time to raise some capital . Less dilutive now than a few months ago and with needs over next few months 5-7m will not impact valuation in a significant way. Bare in mind Hartleys valuation targets assume significant dilution at these levels . Furthermore , the release by Hartleys suggested a small CR was on the way anyhow . As long as it is contained to under 10m and raising is 9.5-10 c I think it is more than fine.
Ibg will need a few million to lodge license and continue to operate , and other than zinc price increasing there isn't any significant news that IBG would wait for to raise cash.
I believe there is a possibility for a raising to major shareholders at a premium
