Another possibility is that, after last weeks P&D, management decided to put the TH out because they don't want the SP to go up based on what will be 'not so good' results. If it was good results, then probably would not bother with a TH - hope I'm wrong.
The extension of the ENI decision imho must be seen as a good sign in the sense that at least ENI are still thinking about continuing with the drill. But of course the end decision after another month of assessment could still be 'we're pulling the plug'.
Again, just my uneducated view...I still wonder whether the size of the MEO processing plant in TS will make economic sense to feed stock partners.
