Not rocket science ... initiate roadshow presentation, big volume and lift in SP (compared to regular trading patterns), and low cash in the kitty = CR on the way.
The big volume and SP rise is to increase the VWAP to make AEK 'words' sound pretty in the CR announcement.
This one is firmly on my radar though.
