    My Taro card reader has seen the announcement. She tells me....
    - The RCF facility will be further extended and increased. A fee will be payable to RCF for this change. The increase in limit will be used to pay the RCF fee.
    - Off take is imminent.
    - Engineering well under way.

    Now thats sticking your next out.
