Dont sell on emotion. there is a 15% spread for you to take by getting igas shares. plus there is potentially a cross party agreement in the UK happening on shale. also there has probably been a lot of arbitrage trading, selling igas and buyingDTE, so now that unwinds, lifting the Igas price. And they havent sold NSW yet and in the depths of the offer document said they would keep that pending a change in govt stance.
Deal approval is a short term positive, wait for ypur igas shares.
