very unlikely there's any suitor involved, otherwise different aarrangements would be in place. This looks like a normal placement to SI's and since that's the case a placement at a premium is just pie in the sky.
and for the record, sophisticated investors usually have no interest in holding the stock they are putting their money up for. They are looking for a guaranteed quick return so they'll be looking for a deep discount in this case.
I'd think if PSY can get a placement at 30c they'd be doing very well indeed. Could be substantially lower given the high risk PSY environment. The CR price is a bit of a test of how the market sees PSY's chances....
