Given that belief--- How do you suppose they will repay this "premium" back.
Deeper in the hole is the most likely outcome....They can't service their current operations and debts. Let alone any future debts at a "premium"
Who do you suppose stumped up more than the market cap if your scenario is to be given any thought ?
