Surely priced to fail would have seen the sp at 0.1c? 11.5c gives a mkt cap of $268m - hardly a failure price. The only way for the SP is down after the deal IMO. A good deal would have been done four months ago. Just the time delay indicates it'll be one not favourable to s/holders, let alone the "integrated funding package" phrase.
Yes, will avoid total collapse of the sp. But rise? Good luck with that one.
