The 27th April 2011 announcement doesn't say 100% of concentrates anywhere. It does say "entire 100% of production", "a guarantee from the group to purchase 100% of the product produced at Rocklands,".

Note, not just 100%, but for emphasis, the entire 100% of production.

Here we are talking about what the rights of CuDeco are. They do not have to sell it all to OW, but they can if they wish under this "extremely favourable" agreement.
