Probably my imagination running wild but in my opinion there is a slight difference between between a 60% offtake agreement for LOM where tonnage will vary and a ore supply agreement where penalties can apply for failure of delivery of x amount of tonnes at a certain date. I wouldn't put pen to paper without knowing for certain I'm capable of delivery which obviously the company is.
