    Why should a broker be necessarily involved?

    Anyway, only 2 brokers would get a Guernsey imo, being Blue Ocean Equities of Sydney ( the favoured one of the past 2 years) and Argonaut of Perth and HK (the prior favourite, but back in the fold it seems).

    Both have been able to get decent money quickly for the company in the past, but is either involved here? That's the 'WHO' question reference.
