    You aren't being offered shares - you are being offered half shares. They entitle you to a smaller proportion of the companies assets and profits that the ones you held before this.

    We didn't know they needed money to fund working capital before this announcement.

    I wanted to sell at about 20 cents. In the new BSA world I'd be selling at about 12 wouldn't I????
