    To be fair, the hemorrhaging of cash has stopped since the new MD took over. Whether he can take credit I don't know.
    The support for the share price in the last month or so looked like a good sign. It looked like somebody with some money to spend thought they were on the mend. Even amid last Friday's carnage they traded down to $0.14 but someone pushed them back up to $0.145 before the close.
    The CR comes out of the blue. I hope its for a positive purpose and not because of some disaster they have just discovered. The trouble with contractors is that today's shiny new contract win is all too often tomorrow's "legacy" issue. The ticket-of-work side of the business is reasonably immune from that sort of shock but then they have the risk of getting their contracts renewed periodically.
