I have done some quick research and I can find similar announcements made by other stocks where they go into TH with only the words 'Capital Raising', which results in a SPP and/or Insto placement. The notices of the SPP are generally released a couple of days into the TH. I cannot find any other company stating 'Significant Capital Raising', which can only mean this will be either Significantly good for us, or Significantly bad! IMO
